Tom DeLay Won't Seek Re-Election

I'm sure most of you have seen this already, but Tom DeLay is planning to resign from Congress, and won't seek re-election.  I am so thrilled I just had to write about it.  The news is here, here, and here.  There is speculation that he would not be doing this unless he knew he is in serious trouble with Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle.  We all can hope that this puts a serious dent in the culture of corruption.
