Note: the book, The Price of Loyalty, was based in part upon 19,000 documents provided on CD-ROM's to Paul O'Neill when he left office. This is described in the CBS Marketwatch article (free registration required.) Since the book itself does not contain all the information I want (see the 1/16/2004 post), I have filed a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain copies of the CD-ROM's. It will be interesting to see the raw source material.
